Q. How do our prices compare to those of our competitors?
A. In comparison to other luxury car services, our rates are average. However, we provide top-notch service at a competitive price. We’re confident that you’ll find no better service at any price point.
Q. What is your location?
A. We are happy to pick you up from your home or office, whichever is more convenient. Our drivers service the East Valley, West Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tucson etc., and we do not charge a fee for this service.
Q. What types of vehicles do you have?
A. When you call us, we will send one of our professional chauffeurs to pick you up in a luxury vehicle. Our chauffeurs are trained to drive safe and environmentally friendly vehicles. However, we do guarantee that your vehicle will be new or like-new and it will be a Ford, Lincoln, or Volvo sedan, SUV, or van.
Q. What discounts are available?
A. We offer a variety of discounts to our customers. For all ASU alumni and current students, we offer a 10% discount weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For all active and retired members of the military, we offer a 10% discount weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Seniors receive a 25% discount on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. No discounts are given on weekends or holidays; however, we do have special promotions during these times. We do not combine discounts or give any discount below our posted minimum rate.
Q. We are scheduled to land at the airport in ten minutes. Where will our driver be waiting?
A. When you arrive, a representative will meet you on the curb outside of your terminal to help with your luggage. If you prefer, we can also arrange for a Meet and Greet service in which an agent will meet you inside at baggage claim with a sign, helping you retrieve your bags and take them directly to the car. This service costs $35.
Q. How do I make payment?
A. All reservations require a credit card. Sedan and SUV transportation is billed in full at the time of reservation, but gratuity is not included. All hourly reservations require a 2-hour deposit plus gratuity, with a minimum gratuity of 20%.
Q. How does your company handle cancellations?
A. All sedans, SUV’s, and vans provide a 100% refund if cancelled 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded. Homecoming, Prom, Phoenix Open and special events are never refundable.
Q. What if we are running behind schedule?
A. We do not bill for flight delays. If you miss your flight or change your flight last minute, we are happy to reschedule at an additional cost. We charge $2 per minute back dating to the original pick up time if you are running late for a reservation. For example, 15 minutes late comes with an additional $30 charge. All limousine reservations are given a 10 minute grace period when running over your scheduled time. After the grace period has expired, you will be billed for the additional hour.
Q. Would it be possible for the vehicle to make an additional stop?
A. Drivers will charge an additional fee for each stop, as well as wait time and mileage. If you do not request the additional stops when making your reservation, drivers cannot guarantee they will be able to accommodate them upon arrival.
Q. Vehicle Rules
A. Before you board the vehicle, we will provide you with chilled bottled water. You can adjust the temperature controls at your discretion. If you would like to listen to music, please request a radio station and we will try our best to accommodate your request; however, driving safety regulations prohibit us from playing music at high volumes during your ride. We’ll stock your favorite drinks in the vehicle with advance notice. Any damage that occurs during your trip must be reported immediately upon exiting the vehicle; failure to do so may result in additional charges. In the event that you vomit or otherwise make a mess of the interior, there will be a minimum charge of $380 for cleanup and loss of use of the vehicle, depending on how long it takes to restore it to full working order.
